The longer answer is that the “Quickbooks Set Up For Solopreneurs” would actually be a better fit for your co-hosting business to align your QuickBooks set up with Schedule C. The “Quickbooks Set Up For STR Owners” is meant for real estate owners who OWN and manage the properties themselves and can take advantage of the real estate tax deductions as the owner of the property on Schedule E.
